Shipping policy
Customs Duties, Taxes & Import Fees
All international orders (including shipments to the United States) are shipped on a Delivered Duty Unpaid (DDU) basis unless otherwise stated. This means that customs duties, import taxes, and brokerage fees are the sole responsibility of the customer. These fees are not included in the product price or shipping cost and must be paid directly to the carrier or customs authority upon delivery.
If the customer refuses to pay these charges and the shipment is returned, any and all duties, taxes, brokerage fees, return shipping costs, and handling fees billed to us will be deducted from the refund. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
If a shipment is abandoned, destroyed, or refused due to non-payment of duties or delivery refusal, no refund will be issued under any circumstances.
By placing an international order, you acknowledge and accept responsibility for all applicable import fees.
