Refund policy

All sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been placed.

Defective or damaged items may be eligible for review if reported within 7 days of delivery. To initiate a claim, email contact@made2eat.net with the following information:

  • A clear image of the defective or damaged product

  • Your order number

  • A brief description of the issue

Items must be in their original conditionunworn, unwashed, and unused — to qualify for review. Claims submitted after 7 days from delivery will not be accepted. Approved cases will be addressed at our discretion through replacement or store credit.
